Rebuilt machines can be an excellent investment as well as a money saving solution. The benefit of a rebuilt cutter is that you get a superior machine without the full cost of a brand new cutter. Rebuilt cutters have manufacturer’s original component specifications and parts that are needed are replaced or fabricated in our machine shop.
Every machine that comes in for rebuilding is completely stripped and cleaned and worn parts are replaced from our inventory of spare parts. We modernize the control panels and electrical wiring and if needed we computerize the system. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems are updated and rebuilt. Then to finish the process the cutters are repainted and fully tested.
