Leading Cleveland-area Graphic Arts Companies Add Paper Cutting And Handling Equipment From Colter & Peterson

Paterson, NJ - Colter & Peterson (www.colterpeterson.com), the largest independent distributor of paper cutters and paper handling equipment in North America, has recently completed installation of various paper cutters and paper handling equipment at several leading Cleveland-area graphic arts companies. The installations were performed in conjunction with Graphco, a graphic arts equipment dealer based in Cleveland.

Fortran Graphics, Cleveland, OH, recently installed a Wohlenberg 63” paper cutter and a Baumann paper handling system including a stacklift, jogger and unloader. Fortran Graphics also added a CIP connection that converts digital prepress files into cutter programs for automated makeready.

Old Trail Printing, Columbus, OH, installed two Saber 54” paper cutters, two Knorr stacklifts and two Knorr joggers. The cutters are CIP-enabled to allow automated setup from digital prepress files.

48HourPrint.com, Brookpark, OH, installed four Saber paper cutters - three 45” cutters and one 54” cutter. The company also installed two Baumann stacklifts and one Baumann jogger.

Hotcards.com, Cleveland, OH, recently added two Saber paper cutters - one 45” cutter and one 37” cutter. The company also added a CIP connection.

Jo-Ann Stores Inc., Hudson, OH, installed a Saber 45” paper cutter and a Baumann paper handling system consisting of a stacklift, jogger and unloader. The company also installed a CIP connection for automatedsetup of their paper cutter.
