- Navigator computer control: With just a few simple onscreen selections, you can set up for the next job—even while the current one is running! When it's time for the next job, size change features adjust via motors (Quickbinder and 'e' versions only). Plausibility checking and detailed graphical assistance
reduce errors.
- Extension into inline systems: Between the gathering machine and the binder, you can introduce an L-shaped bend or even a U-shaped bend with
no loss of performance.
- Gatefolded covers: With Wohlenberg's KRF and VSS extensions, you can produce perfect gatefolded covers with face trimming—inline, in a single pass at high speed.
- Coated clamping carraige system: With centralised adjustment and
ball-bearing double guides, this system guarantees long-term dependability and book quality.
- High speed: Wohlenberg binders run at maximum mechanical speeds ranging from 2000 to 8000 cycles per hour (depending on model and on the product being bound). Many models can be customized based on the maximum speed you need.
- Spine processing system: With powerful milling motors, knife head options, and superior dust extraction, Wohlenberg spine processing is second to none.
